It sleeps twenty-nine, and it comes with things we love being able to share with guests: a trail on the property that leads down to a small waterfall, a private lake tucked out back at the end of a rugged walk, stand-up paddleboards, a pool, a fire table on the big deck, and a game room so long we affectionately call it the football room. It is our go-to for large family gatherings, corporate and wellness retreats, and even the occasional intimate wedding.

Valhalla Hills also sleeps twenty-nine, high on the hill, but its gift is calm. This is our restore-together home, peaceful and tucked away, with a sauna and a hot tub and the kind of quiet that makes it perfect for a wellness retreat or a multigenerational gathering that wants to exhale.

The Farm at Nickel Plate sleeps twenty-two and has the biggest pool in our portfolio plus a full multi-sport barn. It is luxe and beautiful, and it works just as well for a lively family reunion as it does for a corporate retreat that wants room for everyone to breathe.

For active groups and families who cannot sit still

Pickle Hill is our dedicated pickleball property, with a regulation court in the sports barn, basketball, yard games, a pool, and a sauna to recover in afterward. It sleeps ten, so it is ideal for a medium-sized family or an active group that wants to play hard and then unwind. It sits in a quiet, secluded spot on a hill, so you get the energy inside and the peace outside.

Clouds Reach sleeps sixteen and is our celebration cabin. Guests cannot stop talking about the bocce court, and the heated pool has the longest season of any of our properties, open from about mid-April into late November, which means it is still a real option long after summer ends. The valley view makes the whole place feel like an event.

For couples and quiet escapes

If you want a beautiful afternoon, wine at Le Petit Chevalier or Hocking Hills Winery and a visit to Rockmill Brewery and Distillery are all worth it.

Families love the Children's Museum, the petting zoo, Putt Putt, and Hocking Hills Canopy Tours for ziplining.
